FEELING ROUGH?

Gummies, Sunset, Sunrise: what to take and when - hangover pals

Gummies, Sunset, Sunrise: what to take and when

A night out is a night out. The bit people mess up is the order they do recovery in.

We've got three things that work together. You do not need all three every time. You do need to know which one is for which bit of the night.

The short version

Gummies: the easy everyday option. Pocket, pouch, festival bag. Chew them. No mixing.

Sunset Pals: the overnight sachet. Tear, mix, drink before you sleep.

Sunrise Pals: the morning-after sachet. Same deal, when you actually wake up.

That's the system. Night. Sleep. Morning.

When the gummies make sense

You're out, you're moving, you do not want a bottle and a shaker. Gummies are the "I remembered, I'm not going home yet" option.

They are also the one you can keep in a drawer and actually use on a random Wednesday. Sachets are brilliant. They are not what you pull out of a jeans pocket at 1am.

When Sunset Pals makes sense

This is the one people skip, then wonder why the morning is rough.

You're home. You're going to bed. Mix Sunset Pals and drink it before you sleep. That is the job. Overnight recovery, not a morning rescue mission. When Sunrise Pals makes sense

You did the night. Maybe you did Sunset. Maybe you didn't. You still have a day.

Sunrise Pals is the morning-after sachet. Tear, mix, drink. Then water, food, and a bit of patience.

You do not have to choose a personality. You can be a gummies person and still keep sachets at home.

A simple night-out setup

Before you leave: gummies in the bag.

Before you sleep: Sunset Pals.

When you wake up: Sunrise Pals.

If you only remember one: do Sunset. The morning is a lot kinder when the overnight bit actually happened.

We built it this way because a great night out shouldn't cost you the next day. And because you are busy. You should not be measuring powders or lining up a handful of capsules at midnight.

Tear. Mix. Drink. Or chew. Then get on with it.
