THE INGREDIENT MAP
Plain-English benefits, key amounts where we have them, and exactly which part of the range you'll find them in.
Sodium, potassium and magnesium are minerals involved in fluid and electrolyte balance. They are included because hydration is a basic part of any sensible night-out and next-day routine.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant nutrient that contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress. It also supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
B vitamins such as B1, B6 and B12 help the body release energy from food, support normal nervous-system function and contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
N-acetyl cysteine supplies cysteine, an amino acid the body can use to make glutathione, one of its major antioxidant molecules. That is why NAC sits within the broader antioxidant side of the formulas.
L-theanine is an amino acid naturally associated with tea. It is commonly used in calm-focus formulas and is often paired with caffeine when the aim is alertness without making the formula all about stimulation.
Matcha is powdered green tea and naturally contains tea polyphenols, including catechins, alongside caffeine. In the morning formula it contributes to the antioxidant story while also fitting the energy-and-focus side of the blend.
Sunrise contains 80mg of caffeine per serving. Caffeine can increase alertness and attention, which is why it belongs in the morning formula rather than Sunset. It does not sober you up.
Ginger has a long history of use around digestion and stomach comfort. Sunrise includes it as part of a morning formula designed to do more than simply provide caffeine and electrolytes.
Glycine is an amino acid involved in nervous-system signalling and is widely studied in the context of sleep and evening routines. Sunset contains a substantial 1,000mg per serving.
Taurine is an amino-sulfonic compound involved in osmoregulation, the way cells manage water and electrolytes. It is part of Sunset's broader evening blend rather than a stimulant ingredient.
Lemon balm is a botanical traditionally used in calming and evening blends. We use it in Sunset because that product is built for the wind-down part of the night, not for a morning energy hit.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function, normal psychological function, energy-yielding metabolism and electrolyte balance.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive and immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress, giving it a useful role in the nutrient side of the sachet formulas.
Choline is an essential nutrient used by the body to make acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory, attention and nervous-system signalling. It also contributes to normal lipid metabolism and normal liver function.
Ashwagandha is a botanical commonly used in modern stress-management and adaptogen supplements. In Recovery Gummies it sits alongside the vitamin, mineral and amino-acid side of the formula.
Chamomile is one of the most familiar botanicals used in nighttime and relaxation blends. Its place in Sunset is simple: it fits the caffeine-free, before-bed side of the routine.
WHY THE COMBINATION MATTERS
The value is in combining different ingredient jobs into one easy serving rather than asking you to build a supplement cupboard before every night out.
Electrolyte minerals form the hydration side of the routine and sit across the range.
Vitamin C, zinc, B vitamins and NAC build out the nutrient and antioxidant-system side of the formulas.
Sunset leans into the caffeine-free wind-down moment. Sunrise uses caffeine, matcha and L-theanine for the morning.
Pre-measured sachets or portable gummies mean the formula is already put together when you need it.
FORMULAS AT A GLANCE
These are some of the headline amounts per serving from the current Sunrise and Sunset formulas.
Caffeine-free evening formula.
Morning formula with natural caffeine.
Recovery Gummies: the current product data confirms electrolytes, NAC, vitamin C, B vitamins, matcha, choline and ashwagandha. We have deliberately not invented per-ingredient milligram amounts where they are not reliably stored.
HOW IT FITS A NIGHT OUT
You do not need all three every time. Pick the part of the routine that suits you, or cover the whole thing.

Portable, no mixing required. Electrolytes, NAC, vitamins B & C, matcha, ashwagandha and choline in an easy gummy format.

Caffeine-free sachet built around the evening moment, with electrolytes, vitamin C, NAC, glycine, taurine, L-theanine and calming botanicals.

Electrolytes and vitamins alongside NAC, ginger, L-theanine, matcha and 80mg caffeine for the next-day part of the routine.
QUICK QUESTIONS
Electrolytes are part of the formulas, but they are not the whole formula. Sunrise and Sunset also combine vitamins, amino acids and selected botanicals, with different ingredients for the morning and evening moments.
Because Sunrise is the morning-after product. Its 80mg of caffeine is there for alertness and attention. Sunset is deliberately caffeine-free because it is designed for before bed.
NAC provides cysteine, which the body can use to produce glutathione, an important antioxidant molecule. We include it as part of the broader antioxidant-system blend, not as a claim that it cancels out alcohol.
No. They share some ingredient themes, but the formats and formulas are different. Gummies are the portable while-you're-out option, Sunset is the caffeine-free evening sachet, and Sunrise is the morning formula.
THE SHORT VERSION
Hangover Pals makes it easier to build a night-out routine around ingredients with clear jobs. Hydration, food, sleep, sensible drinking and time still matter.
